Adrián Száki
I am a producer, production manager, project manager based in Germany. My work focuses primarily on documentary film projects, production planning, visual storytelling and creative development.
As part of the Arrabona Studio team, I am involved in the development, financing, production and distribution of documentaries with international reach. Our work has been screened in cinemas, released on digital platforms, and made available beyond Europe, including in the United States and on Netflix. As a producer, I focus on the full creative and operational journey of a project: shaping ideas, building the right team, managing budgets and production logistics, and guiding stories from concept to audience.
My film work includes feature-length documentaries such as Daughters of Dolma, The Legacy of Menla and Beyond Rock Bottom. Since 2019, I have been a member of the production department of the Hungarian Film Academy.
Alongside my film work, I bring a strong background in project leadership, production management, supply chain coordination and strategic communication. Before and alongside my creative career, I led teams and complex production systems in international industrial environments. This experience continues to shape the way I approach creative production today: with structure, clarity and a deep understanding of execution.
In recent years, my work has also expanded into visual communication, campaign strategy and creative consulting. I currently support projects at the intersection of business operations and storytelling, helping teams turn ideas into clear, workable and meaningful outcomes.
I am also developing my own board game project, which marks an important new creative milestone for me. It brings together several areas that are especially close to me: storytelling, design, systems thinking and player experience.
Whether I am producing a documentary, shaping a campaign or developing a new creative concept, I am driven by the same goal: to connect strong ideas with thoughtful execution — and to help stories find their audience.
